I’m Gecia a XYZ

You want your client to trust you & you want your client to like you. Focusing on authority & humanity sets you up as the leader, but keeps you off your clients pedestal which is the perfect recipe for self-leading customers who know they have their own keys.  This statement sets you up to describe the journey you’ve been on & the success you’re celebrating now.

Not only do you know where they are, but you’ve been there too.

CLIENT LOVELETTER

How you call your person in is the most important. Your client wants to know that you understand them almost better than they understand themselves. Right as if you know their inner world, what they’re trying to accomplish/dreaming of in the morning when they get up, how they’re going to sleep, how they feel about their job or their partner. How do they experience life?

Use the words they use. Say their “problem” like they would say it & slowly start to point towards the real root cause beneath what they think is going on.

Here you get to illuminate them. Most impotantly, this person is your love. Do not make them feel stupid or wrong. Elevate them. Validate them. Encourage them as you start to disrobe their purest heart.

“Define the who”

Clearly call out who benefits from this offering in detail. Use no more than 5 bullet points - this is for clarity sake.

  • xxxxx

  • xxxxxxxx

  • xxxxxxxxxxxx

  • xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The number reason people decide not to buy is from confusion. Be clear, concise to elevate your sales & support your clients from the very beginning of your process.

That’s the freebie

I LOVE including a free offer from whatever it is that I’ve created - it could be a short PDF. It could be a checklist for my 1:1 clients, a brief audio practice from the course, a video explaining a topic their intrigued in. Don’t recreate the wheel. You already have it.

This also begins to cultivate a list of people who are already a yes to the offering - if not now - then later.

Client Work

Talk about the process

Create a clear 3 step process. Each step leads, one to the next. We want to be clear that this is a methodology. The one that you’ve followed to understand what you understand now.

What are you going to walk them through?

How is this a unique process? Blend the steps with the metaphor of your offering. For instance, if my course is about birth, I’m not going to talk about tree roots. I’m going to use naming conventions related to birth. Rename your steps in alignment with your theme.

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

Final Celebration

Paint a picture of the final destination. This is not a results guaranteed moment. Rather, it’s an opportunity to inspire them with possibility.

Lean into boldness. If someone applies this work in the way it’s meant to be applied, how will they feel? How will they get up in the morning? What will their inner dialogue feel like? How will they relate to their beloveds? What will they be doing with their time?

Use compelling imagery & potent one liners, as well as a few quick bullet points. Both work.
